1. General Terms
These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Extra Perfect Oy ("Service Provider"). By ordering a service or accepting a quote, you accept these terms in full.
2. Service Description
Extra Perfect provides cleaning services in Riihimäki and across Uusimaa. Service may also be arranged for other regions based on a separate assessment. Work is performed at the customer's specified address, and content and pricing depend on the selected package and add-ons.
3. Service Requests and Confirmation
- Service requests can be made through the website contact form, by phone, or by email.
- An order becomes binding after written confirmation.
- The service provider reserves the right to decline a service request for justified reasons.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices include VAT (25.5%).
- Payment is made by invoice.
- Invoice payment term is 14 days. Late interest follows Finnish Interest Act.
- A distance fee may apply and will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.
5. Cancellation and Changes
- Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before is subject to a 50% charge.
- No-show will be charged the full service price.
- The service provider may cancel an agreed visit due to force majeure (e.g., weather conditions).
6. Liability Limitations
- The service provider is not liable for pre-existing damage at the premises.
- Damage occurring during service must be reported immediately.
- Maximum liability is limited to the price of the service performed.
- Customer must ensure no valuables are left in the premises during cleaning.
7. Customer Obligations
- Customer must provide access to electricity and water at the service location.
- The premises must be accessible at the agreed location at the agreed time.
- Customer must inform about special requirements (e.g., allergen sensitivity, severe stains, delicate surface protection).

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court. Consumers may also refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board of Finland.
