The base calculation starts from 32 €/h + VAT. A standard home clean of around 100 m² typically takes about 2–4 working hours. Add-ons in the quote assistant are recorded in the same request without an automatic extra surcharge in the first estimate. In business cleaning we primarily use fixed monthly pricing based on square metres, site type, and cleaning frequency. For example, a small office of around 100 m² cleaned twice per week may sit roughly around 190–390 €/month + VAT, while stores may need weekday or daily maintenance. Project-based work is still quoted by overall scope rather than pure hourly billing.
